This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name casanonahomes.com, including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

C. The Platform is owned by Casa Nona, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 20/A, DEEPAK SOCIETY, CHUNA BHATTI, KOLAR ROAD, BHOPAL, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462042 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an even, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
• Casanona does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days

We offer refund / exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange:

• The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
• The item must have original packaging
• If the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within 3 to 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
